The TOP Lacrosse Sixes League is a fast-paced, small-sided field lacrosse program for boys and girls ages 7 to 15. Each session includes structured skills development and Sixes-format games, giving players more touches, more decisions, and more fun than a traditional practice. A great fit for multi-sport athletes getting into lacrosse, and experienced players looking for extra field reps.
Led by Adam Gardner — Bellarmine NCAA D1 all-time scoring leader, 25+ years coaching experience, Team Canada and World Lacrosse Championships.

Our Story
Ontario's only organization built around three sports under one roof — and why we built it differently.
A More Balanced Youth Sports Model
In recent years, the youth sports landscape has been defined by early specialization, hyper-competitiveness, and toxic environments. Recognizing the need for change, TOP Sports was founded to create a more balanced approach — one that prioritizes multi-sport development, seasonal set schedules, and high-quality coaching that builds character.
Across our three core sports — hockey, soccer, and lacrosse — we offer a comprehensive player pathway for competitive and recreational athletes with minimal scheduling conflicts between sports, making it easier for you to plan your life around sports and prioritize multi-sport participation.
What began in 2017 as a small passion project has since evolved into Ontario's premier multi-sport organization, engaging thousands of participants annually across four locations: Midtown Toronto, Oakville, York Region, and Whitby.
Our vision is to be Ontario's premier youth sports club, running high-quality programs led by qualified professional coaches, building our own competitive tournaments and leagues, and connecting thousands of athletes through our core values and multi-sport philosophy.

TOP Sports is the only organization in Ontario where your child can play competitive or recreational hockey, soccer, and lacrosse under one roof — with a schedule designed so the three sports never compete with each other.
Traditionally, most youth sports organizations force families to choose one sport or the other. Overlapping schedules, constant conflicts, and year-round commitments make it nearly impossible for kids to play more than one sport at a competitive level. We built a different model that changes this. Our seasonal schedules across hockey, soccer, and lacrosse are designed to work together, not compete with each other. Kids can play all three sports in a calendar year with minimal conflicts, and families get complete visibility into commitments from the start of each season.
Research consistently shows that multi-sport athletes develop faster, suffer fewer overuse injuries, and stay in sport longer than early specialists. They build a wider athletic toolkit — and they simply have more fun.
